Customer Reviews
Detailed experience with switch
I moved my number over to BILDconnect from another provider and chose the Allnet Flat 20 GB. The ordering process online was clear, and I received the Nano-SIM within three business days. Porting my old number took about five days, which was clearly communicated upfront. I had one question about the BILDplus activation, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. The network coverage has been solid in my area (Berlin), and I haven't experienced any unexpected data charges since it's a Tarif ohne Datenautomatik. It's been a smooth transition overall.
Easy setup, no fuss
Switched to BILDconnect last week for an Allnet Flat LTE. Everything was pretty straightforward. Got the SIM card quickly, and activation was a breeze. No weird surprises, which is always good. My old number transferred over fine too. Happy with it so far, just works.
Decent plan, minor hiccup
I got the Allnet Flat 10 GB with the EU-Roaming Flat. The price is competitive, and I appreciate the no-contract option. Delivery of the SIM took a bit longer than I expected, around 6 days to reach me in Munich, but it wasn't a huge deal. The network performance has been good, no dropped calls. I did find the website a little clunky when trying to find details about additional data packages, but once I found it, the process was fine. Overall, a solid choice for a mobile plan, just wish delivery was a tad faster.
Absolutely fantastic service!
I just got the Allnet Flat 50 GB and it's incredible! The speed is super fast and I love that BILDplus is included. I will absolutely shop here again for my next phone plan. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and speedy connection!
Quick, simple plan
Needed a new plan fast. Signed up for the Monatlich kündbarer Tarif. Process was quick. SIM arrived on time. Activated it without issues. Good service.
Good deal, saved on activation
I was looking for a new mobile plan and found BILDconnect. They had a special where I didn't have to pay the connection fee, which was a nice saving right off the bat. I got the Allnet Flat 10 GB. It feels like good value for what I'm paying each month. Definitely worth it for the price.
